Conversational AI Workshop
A hands-on, facilitated two-day workshop for product and engineering teams exploring the design and implementation of conversational interfaces. Participants work through dialogue design principles, intent mapping, fallback strategies, and evaluation metrics.
The workshop blends practical exercises with guided discussion, resulting in a working prototype brief that your team can carry forward. Materials and session recordings are included. Recommended for teams of four to twelve participants.

Workshop Process
Pre-workshop intake
We gather context on your use case and participant backgrounds before Day 1.
Day 1 — Foundation & Design

Day 2 — Testing & Evaluation
Fallback strategies, evaluation metrics, and production of the prototype brief.

Standards
Across all our services
PDPA Compliance
All client data is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Data is not used for any purpose beyond the scope of your engagement.
Documented scope
Every engagement starts with a written scope document covering deliverables, timeline, success criteria, and assumptions. No ambiguity about what you're getting.
Regular communication
Structured progress updates throughout multi-week engagements. Issues are surfaced early, not absorbed silently or flagged at the point of delivery.
Vendor neutrality
No commercial relationships with any AI platform or cloud provider. Our technology recommendations are based entirely on your requirements.
Knowledge transfer
Technical deliverables include documentation sufficient for your team to maintain and evolve them. We don't create dependencies on Cogniful's continued involvement.
Acceptance testing
Technical work is not considered complete until it has passed structured UAT with your team present. Handover happens after acceptance, not instead of it.
